Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut in Oxford, CT is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) for part-time hours with potential Saturday/Sunday shifts. You will deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, teaching communication and daily living skills, and collecting session data.

We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path to RBT certification, plus referrals bonuses and benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Preferred: experience in childcare, education, or related fields.
• Preferred: experience working with children or adolescents.
• Prior exposure to ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
