Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across homes and community settings in Oxford, CT. The role includes paid training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement to RBT levels while maintaining sessions and data collection under supervision.

Starting BT pay is $22.25 per hour and RBT pay starts at $24.60 per hour, with final compensation determined by experience and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
