Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut in Monroe, CT is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT). You will deliver ABA therapy in multiple settings, work under BCBA supervision, and help clients develop communication and daily living skills. Starting pay for BT is $22.25 per hour, with RBT starting at $24.60 per hour. Final compensation is determined by experience, training, and education; referral bonuses are available for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and trainings.
