Job summary

The Center for Human Services in Fulton, MO seeks a Behavior Technician to implement ABA-based therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. This full-time role focuses on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, documenting progress, and coordinating with families and staff.

The position requires completion of required training, ability to pass the RBT credentialing exam within 90 days, and adherence to BACB ethics and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• BT-Credentialed through BACB within 90 days of hire to become RBT.
• Must complete CHS HR policy training HRD-P-022.
• Must obtain Class E driver’s license within 30 days of starting.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA-based therapy to individuals as directed.
• Implement goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Maintain accurate data collection and progress notes.
• Report updates to the BCBA and supervise progress.
• Develop professional relationships with caregivers and families.
• Support teaching of communication, self-help, social, and daily living skills.
• Adhere to BACB ethics and HIPAA standards.
