SEBC is seeking individuals to join as Behavior Technicians, providing one-on-one ABA therapy in various settings. From day one you'll receive hands-on support, mentorship, and opportunities to grow your career through RBT certification and advancement toward BCBA.

No prior ABA experience is required, and we offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules with comprehensive paid training and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• No prior ABA experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, community, and center-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based teaching strategies.
• Collect accurate data and document client progress.
• Support behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Assist with parent training and clinical assessments under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, school personnel, and other professionals while maintaining client confidentiality.
