Job summary

Catalyst Behavior Solutions, LLC in Farmington, UT seeks passionate Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one behavioral intervention for children with special needs under a BCBA's supervision. Training is provided, and RBTs may receive sign-on bonuses.

We start as part-time to provide ample training and support entry into ABA. After RBT training, you can stay part-time or move to full-time with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Active driver's license or reliable transportation.
• RBT or Bachelor’s degree; on-site training provided for RBT/BLS.
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention to children with special needs under BCBA supervision.
• Work with clients in home, school, center, and community settings; collect data.
• Record detailed session notes and maintain accurate client data in real time.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and parents; participate in meetings.
• Complete BACB-approved RBT course and maintain registration; perform other duties.
