Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations. Flexible part-time hours with a 6-month commitment are offered, along with Same Day Pay and a supportive clinical team.

Ideal candidates will hold an RBT certification, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and bring patience and compassion to helping children with Autism. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as a member of the clinical team delivering skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
