Job summary

Catalystbehavior is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one interventions for children with autism under a BCBA's supervision. This full-time role follows a Mon-Fri 8am-6:30pm schedule with occasional Saturdays.

Training is provided. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and can pass a background check. On-site RBT certification training is available. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, paid training and fees, life insurance, EAP, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check (including fingerprints).
• At least 1 year of experience working with children.
• RBT or Bachelor's degree preferred; on-site training provided for RBT certification.
• Maintain current BLS certificate; on-site training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention to children with autism.
• Support families under supervision of a BCBA.
• Record detailed session notes and collect client data in real time.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and parents.
