Job summary

A behavior therapy service in Connecticut is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individual therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum under BCBA supervision. Qualifications

• Required: The Candidate must possess an Associate’s degree in human services or related field or equivalent credits.
• Experience in settings such as ABA Behavioral Therapist or Child Development Specialist is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement strategies of Applied Behavioral Analysis to meet individual goals.

Skills
