Job summary

ABS Kids in Utah is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through ABA therapy. No experience required; we’ll train you on the job and offer a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

You’ll collect data, implement one-on-one strategies, and help kids develop daily living skills in client homes and community settings. Shift options include mornings and afternoons, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Heart for helping kids and a calm, steady presence.
• Ability to learn data collection software and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Support skill development in daily living activities.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
