Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health in Ventura, CA is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to work with children, adolescents, and adults with autism and developmental disabilities, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills through ABA.

You will undergo a 6-day paid training, implement plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to support independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and receive coaching.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Collect behavioral data and complete session documentation.
