Job summary

LEARN Behavioral in California is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, applying ABA therapy to build communication, confidence, and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification may be required in certain states.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided.
