Job summary

Care Behavioral Concepts invites a motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy, helping clients build skills and reduce challenging behaviors. You’ll implement plans created by BCBAs, collect data, and contribute to progress across multiple settings.

Travel to client homes and community locations is required; weekend availability is optional. Onboarding includes paid training, with a focus on HIPAA compliance and collaborative team work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or related field is required.
• ABA experience with individuals with autism/developmental disabilities is highly preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes and community settings (drive time included).
• Must complete onboarding steps and attend paid training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Accurately record and report session data using electronic data collection tools.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisors regarding client progress.
• Build rapport and create engaging, fun session environments.
• Uphold HIPAA standards at all times.
