Job summary

Care Behavioral Concepts in California is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home and community ABA therapy to clients across age groups, implementing BCBA-designed plans and collecting session data. You will join a small, supportive team with ongoing mentorship, flexible scheduling, and paid training.

Travel to client homes is required, and you will work in a collaborative environment focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or related field required.
• Experience with ABA or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
• Ability to travel to client homes and community settings (drive time included).
• Must complete onboarding and paid training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Accurately record and report session data using electronic data collection tools.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisors about client progress.
• Build rapport and create engaging, fun sessions.
• Uphold HIPAA standards and professional ethics at all times.
