Job summary

Care Behavioral Concepts is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect data, and contribute to client progress while working within a supportive team environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a Bachelor's in Psychology or related field, and willingness to travel to client homes in Garden Grove and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete onboarding and paid training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans set by BCBA.
• Accurately record and report session data using electronic tools.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Maintain communication with supervisors regarding client progress.
