Job summary

Care Behavioral Concepts is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy, supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement plans created by BCBAs, collect data, and contribute to each client's progress.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in a related field; prior ABA experience is preferred. Training is provided, with flexible scheduling and travel to client homes in CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services or related field is required.
• Experience with ABA or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by BCBA.
• Accurately record and report session data using electronic tools.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisors regarding client progress.
• Build rapport and create a fun, engaging session environment.
• Uphold HIPAA ethical and professional standards.
