Kids Club ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, helping children develop social, communication, and daily living skills in home or school settings.

Ideal candidates have experience with autism, can collect and document progress data, and collaborate with families. Position offers after-school, day, and evening shifts with potential weekends, in-person work.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities.
• Ability to collect and document data on client progress.
• Experience providing care in in-home or school settings when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency of strategies.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records.
• Support daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions based on ABA principles.
