Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Beaumont, CA seeks an ABA Behavior Technician to deliver direct ABA services under supervision, collect data, and work across settings with individuals with autism or related disabilities.

You will address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support, support caregivers, and coordinate with BCBA supervisors. Requires a high school diploma; 15+ hours availability in afternoons/evenings; valid driver's license and travel compensation provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Preferred Education: College coursework in progress or completed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals throughout sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other locations with individuals with autism or related disabilities.
• Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time for sessions and complete timecards and notes on time.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs and follow ethical standards.
