Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one‑on‑one with clients to help them reach developmental milestones and improve quality of life. You will deliver direct ABA services under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Currently enrolled in college or completed some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience or exposure to individuals with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions as per treatment plan.
• Work with individuals with autism in home, community, school or clinic settings.
• Address challenging behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Arrive on time and end sessions punctually.
• Submit timecards and complete clinical notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ABA ethical standards and company policies.
• Assist with new hire training through overlaps and shadowing.
