Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to support 1-1 ABA treatment for children with autism in home-based settings. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement plans, collect progress data, and engage families in the process.

The role emphasizes flexibility with part-time, evening, or afternoon hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment. A passion for helping families and children is essential.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
