Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians in Zachary, LA to implement ABA programs under supervision. You will support patients in 1:1 or small-group settings across CARD centers, homes, schools, and telehealth, delivering data-driven treatment plans with fidelity.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and a willingness to learn CARD protocols. The role offers flexibility with part-time schedules, ongoing training, and opportunities

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients in 1:1 or group settings under Clinical Supervisor.
• Ensure treatment adheres to CARD's clinical quality standards.
• Record data on patient progress with accuracy and fidelity.
• Incorporate Clinical Supervisor feedback into sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct at all times.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support patient goals.
