Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to join our team in Fremont, CA. You will deliver ABA-treated sessions across center, home, school, or telehealth settings under supervision, collecting progress data and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and CARD training; ASD experience is preferred. The role offers part‑time schedules with opportunities for advancement and added benefits.

Qualifications

• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training program with a comprehensive exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.
• English proficiency, both verbal and written, is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment to patients under supervision in 1:1 or group settings.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Review feedback from Clinical Supervisor and implement in sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional ethics.
• Adapt to workacross CARD centers, patients' homes, schools, or telehealth.
