Alora Behavioral Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients in various settings, supporting developmental goals and independence. The role offers paid training, supervision, and a path to BCBA supervision hours for qualifying candidates.

Typical hours include afternoons/evenings with potential for weekend shifts. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on compassionate care, education, and ongoing professional growth within our behavioral health program.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Availability: at least 15 hours in afternoons/evenings (3:00 pm – 8:00 pm).
• Age: 18 years or older.
• Driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Background check, TB tests, pre-employment exam, and immunization proof.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services under supervision.
• Collect data on goals during sessions per treatment plan.
• Work in home, community, school, clinic, or other settings with individuals with autism.
• Address behaviors using positive behavior support techniques.
• Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.
• Attend sessions on time and complete notes per policy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Follow ethics and company procedures.
• Assist with new hire training through overlaps and shadowing.
