Job summary

Sunrise ABA in Tennessee seeks a Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and community settings, collect data, and help develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.

You should have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), a valid driver's license, and a passion for helping children. RBT certification is a plus, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Valid Driver License required.
• RBT certification a plus.
• Experience with ABA or children with special needs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions in home, school, and community settings.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Assist in progress reports and team meetings.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers.
