Job summary

Skillful Steps ABA is seeking dedicated BTs/RBTs to join our in-home ABA therapy team. You will provide one-on-one sessions for individuals with ASD under BCBA supervision, collecting data and adjusting interventions to support progress.

Responsibilities include collaborating with BCBAs, developing teaching materials, and maintaining confidentiality. Flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development are offered to support growth and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Background check clearance required.
• Experience with ASD/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable and able to maintain a weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions for individuals with ASD.
• Collect and record client progress data using electronic data collection software.
• Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Communicate with parents to review and monitor progress.
