Job summary

Behavioral Framework in High Point, NC is seeking dedicated RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy and support families through individualized intervention plans. You will work under BCBA supervision, collect daily data, and ensure compliant documentation in a fast-paced, paperless environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Must have a mobile device to bring to work.
• Able to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Must comply with policies and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed protocols.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and collect daily data.
• Receive ongoing training, supervision, and feedback from BCBA/manager.
• Communicate progress to BCBA, parents and caregivers; assist with caregiver training.
