Job summary

Behavioral Framework NC LLC in Wilmington, NC seeks compassionate RBT/ABA technicians for 1:1 therapy with children diagnosed with autism. You will implement BCBA-guided behavior plans, collect daily data, and document progress to support skill development and reduction of challenging behaviors.

We provide a $500 sign-on bonus for RBTs, free certification support with a $1.00/hour raise upon certification, flexible scheduling, and tuition assistance through Purdue Global and Capella University.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Experience working with children preferred.
RBT certification preferred.
Comply with RBT policies and ethics.
Must have a mobile device for work.
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

Implement personalized behavior intervention plans focusing on improvements using positive reinforcement.
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed protocols.
Collect, graph daily data and write objective session notes per standards.
Receive training, supervision, and feedback from BCBA/manager.
Communicate progress with BCBA, parents and caregivers; assist caregiver training.
Follow procedures and HIPAA regulations; maintain client dignity and confidentiality.
