Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician at the High Point Clinic to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. The role emphasizes measurement, data collection, and client progress within a supportive team. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• RBT certification preferred.
• Must have a mobile device to bring to work.
• Must be able to perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed plans.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and collect daily data.
• Write objective session notes per regulatory and company standards.
• Receive ongoing training, supervision, and feedback from the BCBA/manager.
• Communicate progress with BCBA, parents, and caregivers; assist with caregiver training.
• Follow all procedures, regulatory requirements, and HIPAA guidelines.
