BY YOUR SIDE is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children ages 2-21 in center and home settings. You will implement skill acquisition programs, collect data, and work under the Clinical Supervisor to ensure high-quality care across environments.

The role involves traveling between centers and homes as needed and may include evening or weekend hours. This position offers full-time and part-time opportunities, paid training and certifications, PTO, holidays and wellness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in psychology, communication disorders, education or related field.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not available.
• Ability to travel to centers, homes and community settings.
• Effective communication with clients, families and team.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group therapy per treatment plan under supervision.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours weekly and collect data on client progress.
• Ensure confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Implement plans across multiple domains including communication and social behavior.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and participate in trainings.
