Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children and young adults in center and home settings. You will implement skill acquisition, collect data, and follow Treatment Plans under supervision, with travel required at times.

Starting pay is $22/hr. Roles offer full-time and part-time options, a Monday–Friday schedule, benefits, paid training, and pathways for career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or be enrolled in psychology, communication disorders, education or related field.
• Proficiency with iPad and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group ABA therapy per treatment plan.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours of therapy per week.
• Collect data on client performance and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Travel to home or community sites as needed to implement treatment plans.
• Engage with families and collaborate with supervisors and team.
• Attend staff meetings and complete trainings as required.
