Job summary

Channel ABA provides behavioral health services to children and families in Pennsylvania and seeks Behavioral Health Technicians to support clients in home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under supervision, help develop new skills, and contribute to data collection and progress notes.

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available, with daytime, after-school, evening, and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania requires Behavioral Health Technician qualifications as per state guidelines.

Behavioral Health Technician

Channel ABA is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to join our Pennsylvania team. Behavioral Health Technicians provide individualized support to children and adolescents receiving behavioral health services in home, school, and community settings.

This position works directly with clients under the supervision of a qualified Behavior Analyst. Behavioral Health Technicians implement individualized treatment plans, assist clients with developing new skills, collect treatment data, and collaborate with members of the client's treatment team.

Qualifications

Candidates must meet applicable Pennsylvania requirements for the Behavioral Health Technician position.

Previous experience working with children, individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral health services, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is welcomed but not required for all applicants.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Scheduling is based on client needs and staff availability and may include daytime, after-school, evening, and weekend hours.

Compensation

$22 to $ 30 per hour

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and position requirements.
