Channel ABA is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to join our Pennsylvania team. Behavioral Health Technicians provide individualized support to children and adolescents receiving behavioral health services in home, school, and community settings.
This position works directly with clients under the supervision of a qualified Behavior Analyst. Behavioral Health Technicians implement individualized treatment plans, assist clients with developing new skills, collect treatment data, and collaborate with members of the client's treatment team.
Candidates must meet applicable Pennsylvania requirements for the Behavioral Health Technician position.
Previous experience working with children, individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral health services, or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is welcomed but not required for all applicants.
Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Scheduling is based on client needs and staff availability and may include daytime, after-school, evening, and weekend hours.
$22 to $ 30 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and position requirements.
