Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA.
• Patient, organized and have excellent communication skills.
• Able to document behavior changes and communicate with parents/teachers.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions in accordance with the Behavior Plan.
• Provide positive reinforcement and redirection to children with behavioral issues.
• Monitor and document behavior changes.
• Collect data on behavior changes.
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
