Job summary

Neuro S.P.A.C.E. ABA, based in Central Pennsylvania, seeks Behavioral Health Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA support in homes, schools, and communities. You will deliver treatment plans under BCBA supervision and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Roles include data collection in the EMR system, collaboration with families and schools, and adherence to safety and trauma-informed ABA practices. Part-time and full-time positions with flexible hours are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related human services.
• High school diploma/GED plus 1 year full-time experience with children.
• High school diploma/GED plus RBT credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and submit accurate session data in the EMR system.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior regulation, social skills, and daily living.
• Follow behavior support plans and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional communication with caregivers, school staff, and supervisors.
• Attend supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Uphold ethical and trauma-informed ABA practices.
