Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis treatment under supervision. You'll work 1:1 or in small groups across centers, homes, schools, or telehealth, collecting data and ensuring high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass CARD Behavior Technician Training with exam and field evaluation.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA treatment 1:1 or in groups under supervision.
• Collect and record data on patient progress with high fidelity.
• Implement supervisor feedback during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Support treatment plans across center, home, school, or telehealth.
