Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA clinician. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans and working one-on-one with children with autism.

We offer highly competitive compensation around $20/hr, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k options, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Essential functions may include standing, sitting, following, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
