Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to deliver ABA therapy under a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with children, executing individualized plans in a center-based setting, with schedules available and a pathway for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must meet the physical demands, including long periods of standing and interacting with children.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
• Assist with implementing treatment protocols in center-based settings.
