Job summary

Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services in Tabor, NJ is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to support clients with ABA Therapy. This position offers flexible hours, starting at $22/hr, to work with children in their homes.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma, experience with children with special needs, and a passion for behavioral health. We also provide support for obtaining your RBT certification along with ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA, childcare, teaching or working with children.
• Must be at least 18 years old and passionate about helping others.
• Completion of a 40-hour RBT training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with clients in their homes.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with supervising BCBAs.
• Foster meaningful progress in the lives of children.

Skills

Experience with ABA Therapy
