aba360 in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will support independence and positive behavior through evidence-based interventions and collaborate with our clinical team.

No prior experience is required; a high school diploma is enough. Flexible, part-time roles with afternoon or evening hours, ideal for students or those pursuing study in special education or psychology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Able to communicate in Spanish (preferred).
• Patience, compassion, and calm under pressure.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
