Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA therapy in center-based settings for children aged 2-21. BTs work with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to monitor progress.

You will receive paid training, support to feel confident in your role, and opportunities for career growth. This position offers either part-time or full-time guaranteed hours and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically keep up with clients; may involve lifting 25+ pounds and active movement.
