Job summary

Behavioral Framework NC LLC in Eden, NC is hiring compassionate technicians to work with children diagnosed with autism and their families. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed protocols and collect data on progress using digital tools.

Able to meet physical demands and obtain RBT certification; the role offers ongoing supervision, professional growth, and flexible scheduling. Sign-on bonus for RBT ready to certify and tuition support through our partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• RBT certification in good standing preferred.
• Mobile device required to bring to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed skill acquisition and behavior-reduction protocols.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies, collect and graph daily data, and write objective session notes per regulatory and company standards.
• Communicate progress with the BCBA, parents, and caregivers and assist with caregiver training as directed.
• Follow all company procedures and regulatory requirements related to client safety, documentation, data handling, confidentiality, and HIPAA.
