Job summary

Behavioral Framework NC LLC in Raleigh is hiring an RBT to join our clinic on a condensed nurse-type schedule. We help children with autism and their families develop skills using positive reinforcement and repetition.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and contribute to client progress notes while following regulatory standards. We offer a sign-on bonus, certification support, tuition assistance, and continued professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience working with children is required.
• RBT certification in good standing is preferred.
• Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs.
• Must have a mobile device to bring to work.
• Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including standing and sitting for long periods, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implement a personalized behavior intervention plan and develop skills through positive reinforcement.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed protocols.
• Implement data collection, graph daily data, and write session notes per standards.
• Receive and apply ongoing training, supervision, and feedback from the BCBA/manager.
• Communicate progress with BCBA, parents, and caregivers and assist with caregiver training.
