Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group in Virginia is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings for children and adolescents under 21.

You will work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement treatment plans, engage caregivers, and maintain accurate data collection and session documentation, while pursuing BCBA/BCaBA credentials with supervision and support.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma, valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• As a Behavior Technician, deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and interventions.
• Coach caregivers through modeling and supportive communication.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.

Education
