Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group in Virginia is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings for children and adolescents under 21. You will work with BCBAs to implement treatment plans, coach caregivers, and document progress.

Required: high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of licensed driving. Preferred: bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field and experience with autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field.
• Preferred: Experience working with children or individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings for children and adolescents under 21.
• Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans and interventions.
• Engage caregivers through coaching, modeling, and supportive communication.
• Use video-based supervision and a collaborative approach to enhance clinical skills.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.
