Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group in Virginia is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings for children and adolescents under 21. You will work with BCBAs to implement treatment plans, coach caregivers, and participate in video-based supervision to grow your clinical skills.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings to children and adolescents under age 21.
• Work closely with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and interventions.
• Engage caregivers through coaching, modeling, and supportive communication.
• Use video-based supervision to enhance clinical skills.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.
