Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group in Virginia seeks a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings for children and adolescents under 21. You will collaborate with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and interventions.

Responsibilities include coaching caregivers, data collection, and maintaining accurate session documentation while growing with a supportive team and supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related field.
• Preferred: Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings to children and adolescents under age 21.
• Work closely with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and interventions.
• Engage caregivers through coaching, modeling, and supportive communication.
• Use video-based supervision and a collaborative approach to enhance your clinical skills.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.
