Job summary

Phoenix Rising is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs. This role focuses on compassionate care and opportunities to grow in Applied Behavior Analysis within home, clinic, or community settings.

You will implement individualized plans under supervision, collect data, and support skill development while upholding ethical standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred in psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with children; ABA experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification if not certified.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress.
• Assist with skill acquisition (communication, social, daily living skills).
• Support behavior reduction using positive, ethical strategies.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality.
