Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities, helping individuals with autism communicate, play, and achieve independence while reducing challenging behaviors.

You’ll collect and analyze data using our electronic software, collaborate with BCBAs and families, and report progress for ongoing coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
Some college credits or current enrollment.
Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
Teach individuals with autism to communicate, play, and achieve independence.
Collect and analyze data for real-time decision-making.
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress.
