Job summary

ACES is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children with autism through one-on-one ABA therapy in our Phoenix center or home-based settings.

You will reinforce positive behaviors, track progress with data systems, and collaborate with families and supervisors to foster growth and development. A high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and commitment to training are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Empathy and patience when working with children.
• Strong communication with children and caregivers.
• Sound judgment in dynamic situations.
• Interest in a hands-on career in autism support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in center or home settings.
