Job summary

Behavior Frontiers seeks motivated individuals to join our ABA treatment team as Behavior Technicians. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in varied settings, teaching communication, social skills, and independence, while using data to guide real-time decisions.

Role requires enthusiasm, ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, and completion of background checks. We offer world-class training and a significant impact in autism care.

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy using research-based methods.
• Teach individuals with autism to communicate, play, and gain independence.
• Collect and analyze data using electronic software for real-time decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, centers, or communities.
• Teach communication, play, and social skills to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and analyze progress data with our software.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other technicians to report progress.
