Job summary

Phoenix Rising ABA Behavioral Consulting is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related needs. You will work under BCBA supervision in home, clinic, or community settings, delivering play-based therapy and collecting progress data.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and are willing to obtain RBT certification. A flexible schedule and supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred in psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred; ABA experience a plus.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification if not already certified.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress.
• Assist with skill acquisition (communication, social, daily living skills).
• Support behavior reduction using positive, ethical strategies.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality.
